@TMZPH03N1XQC which cheats do you mean ? modifiy relationship ?I believe those were disabled. Since you're on console you can't turn them back on. Looks like I'm wrong on that
Could you post the exact cheat you're trying ? Have you put testing cheats first ?
I did enable testingcheats, and the cheats were modifyrelationship Sim1FirstName Sim1LastName Sim2FirstName Sim2LastName (relationship percentage) LTR_Friendship_Main and
modifyrelationship Sim1FirstName Sim1LastName Sim2FirstName Sim2LastName (relationship percentage) LTR_Romance_Main
@TMZPH03N1XQC Hello! Since you didn't mention it, I'm wondering if you are trying to create a relationship or increase an existing relationship. Based on my experience, the cheats will not create a relationship. Other folks can correct me if I'm wrong but sims need to have an existing relationship in order for the cheat to work. Also, I don't think the number represents a percentage, rather a number of points, for lack of a better term. Basically, your sims need to be introduced first, in order to add points to that friendship relationship. Then they need to have an established romance through romantic interactions, to add points for romance.

I tried to increase their relationship and make them in love with each-other, plus they know each-other since they live in the same household, the pre-made BFF household

Could you post a screenshot of what you're typing (to make sure there's not typo)
I did use those cheats in Live mode, but it doesn't work compared to the traits.equip_trait cheat or money cheats (like I said, I have testingcheats enabled)
And I can't upload a screenshot as I don't have a video card (I have to type in with my controller on the Xbox OS keyboard)

It does look right to me.
Do other cheats requiring testing cheats work ?
EDIT: Could you try if you use the ID instead of the Sims Name ?
