Reaper Career Not Loading or Getting Error Code?

My Sim's Reaper career does not work and then sometimes does work (kind of). If I try to join, it sometimes loads to the Grim's home but it takes a long time. Then, when I try to leave for an assignment, it goes to the manage worlds screen and says: "Game failed to load. Error Code: 102:7eeb77ea:7af70c85. It is recommended that you relaunch the game." Other times, the game refuses to load the career at all and I have to force the shutdown of the game. 

I do not use custom content of any type, so I play a virginal game. I do have all of the expansions/packs/kits, etc. My computer is having no other issues, so I imagine this is another in-game issue EA is having that needs addressed. Is this happening to anyone else?
