Reaper Reward tasks not showing

Not having exactly the same issue, but I can't complete the second week either. I was able to do everything up to the last task- make friends with the Grim Reaper. The friendship bar wasn't going up, even after a multitude of interactions. I quit playing and came back later to discover that now I just have the Reaper icon and the task isn't there.
