Reaper Rewards can't complete Scare Seeker task

I am having issues also but with the scared lot and cannot move forward i have all the game packs so that's not the issue i cannot claim points until i get to do the sacred lot quest from week 2 doe3s anyone have any advice on this?

    Scare Seeker lot challenge. 

    1. Enter Build/Buy mode by pressing F2 or F3.
    2. Click on the Venue Info button next to the lot's name at the top left corner. 
    3. Click on the Traits Panel button. 
    4. Click on the Lot Challenges button, which looks like a gold trophy. 
    5. Find the Scare Seeker button and click on it so it turns green. (NOTE: It's not sacred) 
    6. If you don't have the Scare Seeker button under lot challenges, check your Reaper's Rewards panel to make sure you've claimed it. 

     

    The Scare Seeker lot challenge is the seventh reward. It's quite possible that you just haven't claimed it yet. You could easily become Best Friends with Grim after claiming the Grimophone, which is only the third reward.

    Why do you need to select Venue Info? I finished the week 4 quests earlier today and I don't remember that being one of the tasks. If you're looking for the place to turn on Scare Seeker: 

    1. Enter Build/Buy mode by pressing F2 or F3.

    I have claimed the Scare Seeker lot challenge, but I don't have it as an option.

    I think it's because I had to start a new save file after I claimed it -- Seasons was messing up my play too much.

    Yeah, seasons really complicates the gardening part of the event. I'm glad they gave us an option to just buy the Death Flower, since I sure didn't want to play all the way to winter. I'm using 4-week seasons and it's only the first week of summer. Of course, I'm even happier that the Sim I chose to play out the event has almost 3 million simoleons and can easily afford to just buy things!

    i tried applying it to my lot but it still went mark it as completed idk what i'm doing wrong

    I thought we were supposed to use this forum now to report bugs, like make up your mind EA?!

    Hey there, this forum is in Beta and currently we are still using Answers HQ to track bugs at the moment. By the way, puzzleaddict doesn't work for EA, they're a volunteer on the forums, so they don't make decisions regarding the new forums.

    This is what helped me, thank you! It wasn’t showing up at all, I had to click the little Grim Reaper in the event tab, and open the UI. From there, I was able to claim the reward and then it showed up.
