Reaper Rewards

I'm still bugged for weeks now,  stuck on WEEK 1. I only play on Xbox Series S, I have nearly all the packs. 

I've requested expedite mail delivery maybe 30 times now, the mail people keep standing still by the mailbox for hours. 

When I DO get the Ambrosia Society Letter, I open it, and it does not register that I've gotten it. It won't show me the quests for the other weeks obviously since it's keeping me on the first one, so I'm afraid I'll miss out on these rewards now. 

I've tried inviting the mail people in and sending them home, I've tried placing several mailboxes, what else can I try??
