Reaper's Rewards: Planting Flowers/Trees not checking off

No matter how many times I plant flowers and which sim I do it with, it doesn't count towards my challenge. I deleted everything from the mod folder - that doesn't change anything. Edit By Crinrict...

I'm having the same problem, have tried all the usual fixes, nothing works and after the first thing I tried, restarting the game, all the tasks are blank. I also completed several tasks that I didn't get a reward for.
