Recruiting Sims in Batuu!!
How do you recruit sims to the resistance cause in Batuu? Ive made friends with lots of citizens but the option never comes up.

Your charisma skill level is too low. Once you’ve brought it up, the option appears.
How high does Charisma skill have to be?
