Refund for a duplicate payment
I recently purchased two expansion packs for The Sims 4. However, during the checkout process, I encountered an issue that prompted me to confirm my order again. To my surprise, I received two payment confirmations and two order confirmation emails for the same purchase.
It appears that I was charged twice by mistake. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and processing a refund for the duplicate payment.
