Refund Sims 4 packs
Want to refund 4 packs that I don’t even use nor want in the game. I have tried contacting EA but it doesn’t seem to help. I wish to get a refund from these
-Horse Ranch
- For Rent
- Werewolves
- Realm of Magic

Hey @JacquelineEHaro , it's likely that those DLCs are non-refundable as stated in this article (Downloadable content (DLC) and in-game currencies are not refundable if purchased separately.).
