Rental lots empty in live mode.

I've built a cabin for a rental lot about a dozen times over the last two days but the second I try to vacation there, everything that isn't a wall disappears. I can see the furniture displayed in the thumbnails, but once I get there it's empty. Not even windows or doors.

I have backed up, created new saves, checked and condensed all folders and content.

It is only happening with one rental lot of two I have. The problematic lot was a National Forest before, if that matters, and I've only converted it to a Rental a few days ago, when the problems began.

What am I doing wrong?

    @ModestlyMacabre Could you test the lot on a new save game to see if it's just that particular save of if you have a general issue ?

    @ModestlyMacabre Did you try the cabin on another lot to see if it works there ? Do you have everything when you go back to the lot in build mode from the map ?

    Everything would reappear when I would open build mode. I moved the cabin to another lot, and it seems to be working fine now. However, the original lot is still having the issue. I have made it a National Park, Park, and Residence, and nothing but walls appear when I visit in live mode.

    Is there some way to debug a specific lot?

    @ModestlyMacabre Could you test the lot on a new save game to see if it's just that particular save of if you have a general issue ?

    @ModestlyMacabre Sounds like something was bad about that particular lot then.

    Are you fine with starting a new save or do you want to try and troubleshoot the old one ?

    This happened to me too. I converted a residential build in Moonwood Mill to a rental. At first it loaded fine, but when my sims left the lot and returned suddenly the furniture, doors, and windows were gone. 

    I went back to an earlier save, removed my mods and tried again, same issue.

    I tried a few troubleshooting strategies:

    1) I saved the lot to my library and tried to "reset" it by replacing the original lot with the library upload. That didn't work.

    2) I changed the lot back to residential, then rental again. That didn't work. 

    3) I placed the lot in a different world to see if the Moonwood Mill lot (Prowler's Patch) was somehow the issue. 

    Somehow that fix worked - once the rental lot was in Newcrest the furniture loaded.

    I have a similar issue. I entered the lot and only the shared spaces have furniture and alot of it is missing. The individual lots have no furniture and some doors and windows missing. The apartments are now all showing as 2 star since they're now empty.

    Nothing I've tried has brought the furniture back. I tried to save but it shows as being empty. It's empty in build mode. There was one apartment still furnished but it's now empty as well.

    It's been awhile since I played with this building and I've come way too far to simply roll back the save. And I can't place the original Gallery save since the building is occupied.

    I'm terrified of this happening to other apartments I've built so many.
