Reshade Is messing up

I have reshade in my game and it was working fine until about 2 weeks ago. When I go in game everything is fine until I choose a reshade preset to use then it messes up my game and my sims skin. It's never done this before so why now. I deleted it and reinstalled but nothing is helping. This happens with all presets now. Anyone know how to fix this?

@milanlaia , on October 6th, EA released a game patch that fixed some of the blotchy skintones we had in the game. This was a much needed fix!!! 🙌 So, many skintone Mods are now outdated and you will have to se if the creator of Reshade has updated it, and if they have, then delete the old version of Reshade and put in the new one that is compatible with the game!  🙂  You will also have to delete the local thumb cache.package file because that file will keep old corrupted data even if you delete any outdated or broken Mods or CC.  🤨
(It will look like localthumbcache.package in your game file.)

Also keep in mind that the whole skin tone system is being updated sometime in December! 🥳 This will include skin tone sliders!💗  https://answers.ea.com/t5/General-Discussion-Feedback/A-note-from-our-team-How-we-re-addressing-skin-tone-improvements/m-p/9514791#M37736
So it is possible that the creators of CC skins and Mods for skins will have to adjust accordingly! 😉

Feel free to update us on your progress! 😇
