Resume game not working, loading indefinitey

I have an issue when I try to resume my game (was already doing that prior to the update). I've tried every solution I found online, I uninstalled the game and reinstalled it, deleted all mods and cc, tried to play on dx9. Whenever I try with an old save it works, but when I update the save, close the game and open it back, it doesn't work anymore. I don't know what else to do. please help
