Retail lots with bars etc?
I'm just wondering how retail lots work. Never visited them before. Just placed 3 new lots as retail. They all got bars. How come only one lot spawns a bartender and the other 2 don't?

@SheriGR I just put them down, no sim owns the stores.
@SisterGloomy Are they lots you got from the gallery? If do can you share which lots they are? Do you have Mods/CC (or did you have them in the past)?
