On july 3rd I bought a sims 4 bundle, I got city living, parenthood and laundry day pack. After looking at city living I regretted get it instead of seasons and wanted to see if I could exchange it. Nowhere on origin does it say the product is non refundable and they made the process really unclear. PLUS on the website it says games are refundable after 24 hours. I called and asked for help and revived none, your costumer service reps sound very robotic. This whole process has made me very sad till the point of tears. I would appreciate if you guys would explain why I can’t get a refund and charge this process.
@KrissyK2468 The issue here is that Sims 4 packs aren't considered games themselves, but rather downloadable content (DLC). EA's refund policy on DLC is that it's ineligible for the Great Game Guarantee and generally cannot be refunded. Sometimes exceptions are made for purchases in error, or DLC that is beyond a computer's ability to run, but those are rare cases, and the usual answer is that a refund isn't possible.
