How do I rotate items i really need help with this!!

Hi;
You can rotate items in Build Mode by selecting them and right-clicking. If you hold down the CTRL-key while doing this, you can rotate it the other way as well.
For added precision, you can hold down the ALT-key when moving your objects around so they do not snap to the grid; this can be helpful for placing something more along the wall or near other objects.

Be aware of what camera mode you are in - I believe free rotation with alt is only available in TS3 camera mode. Also if you are just looking to rotate on the grid, then the < and > keys will do this.
