Romance Interactions cancel out

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? University, Island Living, Get Famous, Seasons, Cats & Dogs, City Living, Get Together, Get To Work. Realm of Magic, Vampires, Dine Out, Spa Day, Outdoor Retreat. Laundry Day, Bowling Night, Vintage Glamour, Backyard, Movie Hangout, Spooky, Cool Kitchen, Perfect Patio, Luxury Party.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Trying to do ANY romance interaction.
What happens when the bug occurs? I try to make my sims do any romance interaction; "Embrace" for example. My sims shrug their shoulders, shake their head back and forth, and the interaction X's out.
What do you expect to see? My sims should be embracing each other.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. The new patch that just came out, bringing in the birthday hot tub and baby Yoda. (I only used the Baby Yoda) & then my sims bought a restaurant.
