Roof in the room with half-wall
Is there a way to keep it from happening? If the roof goes through the room divided by fence or half-wall, it makes this roof visible.

No, there is no way to stop it really if you have the roof go through the room. Half walls and fences will always do that when the roof goes through a room. The only way to get it to stop is to reconfigure the roof so it doesn't go into the room at all.
