It was the Tidal TowerI and it the main mirror in the bathrooms. I did not edit the dorm in any way and when I removed the mirror they still go and spawn food from the same place. Sorry for the delay in responding.
@QueenSarcasta I don't think it's a bug then. It's just their spawning point to get food. Might be a bit odd.
