Root Cause Options Incorrect

I am working on the Naturopath Career. I have a client at my house and we are finally to the option where I can identify a root cause.

The only Root Cause options being provided to me are Physical Distress and Sonic Sinuses Ailement, but based on the client's description of his ailment, he has Creation Impulse.

Why is Creation Impulse not being presented as an option?

If I diagnose the wrong Root Cause, but give him the correct cure, will it work?
