Royalty and legacy map bug

I got the royalty and legacy pack and all the sims and items from the pack are in my game, but the map itself is not. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and clearing my cache and nothing is working. the world isn't even showing up in selection at all  bought or not bought its just not there at all.
