Marketplace and Home Menus Loading

When I open the marketplace from launching the game, I am left with a never-ending loading screen (the diamond circle). 

When I try to go back to the Home menu, the entire screen is blank, except the bar across the top. 

This happened 3 separate times, back to back.

Mods uninstalled, no CC.
