Royalty and Legacy not showing up in game after purchased

I brought the pack on the EA app and downloaded it and says its installed. when I go into the sims4 game it says I have not brought it. Before purchasing the pack, the in game store said it was unava...

Hey marlow1235​ , can you clear the EA app's cache to see if that helps? To do so, click on the three dashes in the far-left corner > Help > App Recovery > Clear cache.
