same sim discovery moments repeating
I only get the same options for new personality discoveries squeamish or cheerful. Over and over and over again, for all sims.

How did you remove your mods ? Did you move your mods folder to the desktop and delete the localthumbcache or just disable them ?
Are you doing something that actually makes it feasible that they get these traits ?
