Yes. I have checked the household inventory, and it is not showing up in either of the inventories. I will check tomorrow to see if it is an issue exclusive to that particular save. Hopefully, not but I wouldn't be surprised if it is an issue with that specific save.
@crinrict I started a new save and so far, it seems to be working fine. I will continue to play the new save to make sure that the problem I experienced is not still present. As far as the saves go, sometimes a save will disappear. I found out that is likely because of One Drive. My laptop automatically saved everything to One Drive, and I had enough of that and switched it off. We'll see if I still have issues with saves disappearing.
I was able to reinvent the satellite dish on this new save. The workday objectives are still on the fritz at times. I do not know what is causing that and don't want to repair the game again or delete the save and start over again and again. It took multiple times asking different sims for metals to invent the cloning device before the game realized I already had the required metals.
