Save files not loading in game

Question

Does anyone know how to fix this problem? I just logged into the game today and all my saves were lost. I had a backup file of the save I want but then when I copy paste it into documents/Electronic Arts/The Sims 4 this is what happens

I had to create a new sim in order to see my other save files that seem to be corrupted? First time this happened to me

Hi sanlayn did you remove the broken one when you added the backup back ?
This has been reported before and it seems a broken save making the others not show properly. IIRC, there wasn't a solution.
