Save won't load

is it just that save that doesn't load ? 

Does it work if you start a new one for testing purposes ?

Yes I can start a new save and when I go out of the new save I am able to successfully launch the new save. 

Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?

- Delete the ones you have

- Trigger the error again

- Check if new ones are created

- If that is the case, please copy/paste the content here. You can open the file with any text editor.

Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting. 

crinrict should I delete last crash files as well?

yeah, you don't need them but you don't need to upload those as only EA can read them.

This is happening to me too. It opens as usual but when I try to resume game or load one of my saves, it loads indefinitely. I have to end the game using task manager. It becomes completely unresponsive. This has been happening since Monday. Last night, when I tried to play, I was notified of the update, which disabled mods and cc, but still infinite loading when I try to load a game.

After I deleted the last exception errors the game loaded to the world screen where I was able to select a different household. I've been able to play with other households in the save file without issue so I've just avoided the household I was playing when the problem began. I'm guessing there is an issue with the lot or something got messed up when I added horses to the family. I've not had much time to play or play around with it lately.

let me know when need further help with that other household. I can test your save if you want. Just DM me the save. I can't promise when I'll have time for it though.

I'll probably be busy with the patch aftermath this week though but hopefully that will calm down fast.
