Savefiles corrupt my game

When i download, or even import a savefile i previously made into my game, it makes it so that my sims wont do actions or does actions wrong. My sims then wont sit down on any chairs or anything, if i ask them to wash their hand, they do it just where they are standing, not by the sink, and the washing hands animation still works. If i delete the «the sims 4» folder entierly and launch rhe game to make a new one, it fixes the peoblem. But the minute i import a savefile, the issue comes back… even if i start a whole new savefile with the new»the sims 4» folder where there isnt a problem. Export the savefile. Delete and make a new «the sims 4» folder, and import the savefile I just made, the problem comes back. 
I have removed every mod and CC, so thats not the problem
