Saving Screen Frozen

Starting today, ive been having issues where my saving screen just keeps loading and wont ever save. And in build mode, when i try to delete something, it will let me for the first 2 things and then just freeze. How do i fix this? i have contacted EA support and tried what they suggested and it didnt work. I then cleared a "cache" that is listed as another way to fix it....still not working. Ive restarted the game and my laptop multiple times. I cant play now because it wont save my progress. Any help????
