Screensots not saving correctly

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? v1.64.84.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Screenshots folder
What happens when the bug occurs? Screenshots not saving correctly
What do you expect to see? Screenshots saving correctly
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Screenshots aren't saving correctly(as shown in the picture bellow), what can I do?

    @crinrict Thank you for replying. It saves the screenshots like i'm still in the game. In the past it didn't save the items menu and the settings option(like the camera button in the top). It basically saves the screenshots like i'm taking a screenshot from my laptop instead of how it used to save the

    @LovleyPikaGirl Do you have the GUI option on in your options ?

    If you go to screenshot Options you can choose if you want the GUI to be on the screenshot or not.
