Screwed up Calendar

Suddenly my calendar is messed up.  The days I enter for events or holidays do not start on the right day.  Summer vaca is supposed to start on a sunday.  It starts on Thursday.  This is also messing up my events.  No one came for Christmas eve but 2 days later I get a notice to start the christmas eve event.
