Script call failed - No mods

Hi there! 
I just updated to the latest patch, when i try to place an exhibitor and some other seemingly random items such as the ticket kiosk from the new pack, it always fail with the "Script call failed" message. 

I don't have mods/cc or any other non-vanilla stuff, never used them.

I tried repairing the game and deleting the cache files but every time I try to place an exhibitor it fails.

Could my save file be corrupted? Do you know of anything I could try to fix it?
