Can you move the Sims 4 folder from Documents > Electronic Arts to the desktop then launch a brand new clean game and see if it works properly.

Just tried that, still getting the script call failed unfortunately.

Even with a new Sims 4 folder and none of your content from the one you moved to the desktop? No saves, no Mods, no tray files, nothing.Yeah this is with a completely clean game. That’s why I am confused as to what the issue is. I know for sure I did it correctly because it prompted for the tutorial first and everything.
