Script call failed

I’m getting “script call failed” ONLY when I try to place the businesses and hobbies whiteboard after this latest patch. I have no mods and no CC on my game. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it. I have repaired it. I have tried a new save file. It is only this item. All other build/buy mode items place without fail. 

i feel like im losing my mind lol. Help please.
