Server Error whenever I'm upload to my personal gallery

This is the text in the error message: Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later. I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do so...

I've been having this same issue. I play ps4 so no mods or CC are causing the issue. I'm not sure if it's because of the latest update but I'm not able to upload on the gallery or save to my personal library
