Server Error whenever I'm upload to my personal gallery

This is the text in the error message: Server error. We could not process this gallery request. Please try again later. I tried uploading the image from my phone, but I can't get my laptop to do so...

The game won't allow me to save lots to the library. I'm a console player so no mods/cc. I haven't had this problem before the burglar update arrived.  (Save Error can't process this  request right now, try again later)
