Several Debug items missing: Several solutions haven't worked.

I'll try to keep this brief while having details.
My debug is broken. Despite having all packs, only stangerthings debug is showing up, not even base game items are appearing. This has happened in the past, and either I had to rename the game file to fix it, or it fixed itself over time. 

What have I done: Rename game file so new one is created, delete localchache file, remove BBB and tested vanilla, updated mods while following instructions and also have been careful with sims updates, repaired the game files.

All of which have not resolved the issue. So I have run out of solutions and am seeking help.

    So the most recent update fixed this issue. Also, it seems that all debug items WERE there however wouldn't show up in the house building or rooms categories. If anyone does have any idea about this issue, even though it has been fixed, that would be appreciated in case this happens again.
