Shopping Option On Phone Sims 4

Question

I have noticed others having a shopping option &nbsp;on the phone menu in the sims 4. I have looked and have not seen that option for me. I removed all mods and still no fix I have also repaired the base game and nothing. Any recommendations or help is needed please.

Hellobrieg91​&nbsp; You can press the Home icon category on your phone, then select the “ order a delivery” option, then you can choose either Pizza Delivery, Grocery Delivery or Zoomers Food Delivery.
