Shopping Option On Phone Sims 4

I have noticed others having a shopping option  on the phone menu in the sims 4. I have looked and have not seen that option for me. I removed all mods and still no fix I have also repaired the base ...

Did you ever find out a solution here?  I think I'm in the same boat and can't figure out what I'm missing!

Hellobrieg91​  You can press the Home icon category on your phone, then select the “ order a delivery” option, then you can choose either Pizza Delivery, Grocery Delivery or Zoomers Food Delivery.
