Short Term Memory loss and no not my Sims...
I been planning this but forget if I am actually able to do it. My sim wants to open her own art gallery, and live there.. Can a residence and retail co exist on the same lot?
- @RavenLure You absolutely can. There's a catch though, your sim must have an actual home lot. The retail lot will not count as their residence.
I usually just purchase an empty lot and then live full time on the retail lot. If you have just a single sim, it's easy to stay there full time and ignore the empty lot. If you have other sims living in the household, anytime they go to work or school they will return to the "home" lot and have to be brought to the retail lot manually.
You also must collect any mail delivered from the home lot.
