Sims remain visible in Build Mode

Game version: 1.125.59.1030 DX11

Platform: PC (EA App)

Since yesterday, my Sims remain fully visible and frozen in Build Mode instead of disappearing as they normally should. The issue happens in every save, including brand new saves. The Sims cannot be clicked or interacted with while in Build Mode. They just stay frozen where they were when Build Mode was opened.

Troubleshooting already attempted:

• Removed all mods and CC
• Disabled script mods
• Tested with a completely new "The Sims 4" folder
• Cleared cache and localthumbcache
• Repaired the game through EA App
• Tested DirectX 11 and DirectX 9
• Created a new save
• Restarted the PC

The issue persists after all these steps.
