Sick of EA App

for the last few weeks at least, every single time i try to play my saves on sims 4, it tells me i need to buy all the packs again. I exit out, reopen the app, reopen sims, restart my laptop, repair the games (which takes at least 40 mins), and i do this over and over until it works, or until i get burnt out trying.

I paid near $50 AUD for two new packs at least a week ago and have not been able to play them at all. EA support has been no help so far, no live chat option and can't find any other way to contact them. I feel robbed and am always spending more time trying to fix the game, then i actually get to play. I'm so sad.
