Sickness Resistance- where to find it?
I cannot find the Sickness Resistance trait anywhere. Is it in the Reward Store? Is it only for Doctors? I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find it?

There's another hidden trait which works much better than the broken trait_Doctor_SicknessResistant.
Use the following code after enabling testingcheats:
traits.equip_trait SicknessImmunity
This one has always worked for me, just make sure the sim isn't currently sick when applying, otherwise that sim will NEVER get better.
Also, for the person asking how to remove these hidden traits, simply enter the following:
traits.remove_trait trait_Doctor_SicknessResistant
traits.remove_trait SicknessImmunity
