Sim automatically under probation without game play at university

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not really sure if you can replicate it.
What happens when the bug occurs? My sim who has just got into university automatically went under probation. She has been a straight-A student during high school and the university classes haven't even started. So that doesn't make sense. She's currently D- when she hasn't even done anything yet.

Not really sure how to replicate it.
- @crinrict Hello. I did have it mod-less at one point, but the issue remained. I just decided to replace the sim with a copy of the character. Heh. Thanks. I did have to start from high school again but that's not so bad.
