Sim Freezing to Death while wearing Warm clothes

I believe the outfits are “warm weather” (ie cool outfit for when the weather is warm) and “cold weather” (ie warm outfit for when the weather is cold) - so just to check the obvious first, when you say that they’re wearing “warm” clothing do you mean the cold weather outfit?
