Sim gets pointy ears when aging up
I played with my 100 baby challenge, when i was changing the hair of my sim, it appears with elf ears,ill insert the image

Cany you change them ? Is this the only SIm this happened too ? Do you remember which ear form the Sim had ?
It only happened once, the image of the sims is in the original post, i cannot change them.
After activing the cas.fulleditmode, i can change the ear and doesn´t appear anymore, my sim was a teen
It happens again, every time i grow up a child to teen happens, in male sims
