Sim has promotion anxiety but not ambitious trait
Mac, no mods or CC. This happened a couple times and it was so weird I had to screenshot and report it. It doesn't happen anymore, I have no clue why.

I had a similar issue in the past, and again today: my Sim is feeling anxious over being jobless. Her traits are Music Lover, Bookworm and Maker.
