@lucywitheral Reset game? Do you mean repair in the EA app cause that's what I would try. If that doesn't work I'm not sure what you can do to keep the author's progress. Did you shift click and reset the author? I hope you get a solution that works.
Oops that was a typo, I just meant restart, but I'll try both of those now - thank you!
EDIT: Tried both, neither solved the issue.
