Sim lost weight + her appearance changed
As the title says, my sim lost weight and her entire appearance changed. her hair colour, skin colour, makeup, facial features.. everything. I managed to get her actual sim looking how she did before...

Apologies for not responding sooner. No I did not, I ended up making a brand new household where that glitch hasnt happened again
