Sim Profiles Don't Update After CAS

I don't know if this is a bug or poor design, but Sim Profiles in the Relationship tab don't update after something is changed in CAS. For instance, if you change an NPC's Romantic Interest through Manage Households, a Sim that knew the old orientation doesn't get the info changed in the Profile and doesn't have the option to ask again, saying they already know it. To clarify with a specific example, since I'm having a hard time describing it adequately, there's this recent situation. I found an NPC I liked, who was a Barista at the cafe in Windenburg. When I tried to flirt with her, I found out her orientation was set entirely to No One and No Romantic Exploration. I went into CAS and changed her Orientation to Women, but the Sim's profile still says No One. The Social Option to ask is greyed out saying my Sim already knows her Orientation. Whether a bug or design oversight, this needs to be fixed. Either the information should be automatically updated after leaving CAS, or the Sim should be able to ask after the new information.
