I have had this issue a lot recently.
Literally normal toilets will just spontaneously combust.
It's really annoying at this stage.
I have no CC or mods.
I do have the eco pack but not the compost thing that is being mentioned.

Same here, this is annoying.newest update has my child burning every time she uses the toilet. Never had this bug before. changed toilets, still happening. adult sim uses it fine. I have used insta-upgrade on it, which doesn't change to the compost or recycling fuel cell. so it shouldnt have the chance of fire due to not cleaning compost. I never installed any mods or CC, but this is the first thing i could find after googling a bit. Maybe one day this small indie team can get this game working to its full potential. LMFAO its a joke, im a * I know.
